The file name said it all, nakanganga naman talaga si President Aquino (his mouth is wide open). It is obviously an editorial error with a big damage done. Inquirer.net said they took it down already and will make sure it doesn't happen again. And please check your articles and photos before you published, that is why you hired Dennis Maliwanag as a managing editor and social media head.
