Basic Horse Need

Last week, I made a post about Horses who came for a visit. I called my husband from work, he told me to put them in the pasture land and find the owner in the neighborhood. The same day, I found the owner of the three horses 1/2 miles away from my house. The owner came to check the horses and asked if I can keep them for a week. He even offered to give us the horses if I want to but my husband refused, we are going to move to another state next month and we might not be able to give horses all the basic needs they needed.

Trike-A-Thon

Monday ,April 23, 2012,my youngest son had a Trike-A-Thon activity at school yesterday. Parents were asked to bring tricycle for their kids.The kids left the learning center at 10:45 am riding the school bus going to Fort Towson Depot which is only a few blocks away while the parents followed them. Children were excited seeing the tricycle and started riding. After an hour of fun, lunch was served and shared by everybody before going back to school

I live in a community where cows and horses out numbered the human population. Living away from the big city and tall buildings is not for everybody. Most of us are used to the noise and traffic and cannot survive in a quiet place. A place to live in is primarily a matter of choice because of  job reason. I for once thought that I cannot survive  a place at the middle of nowhere. But I was wrong.  Fresh air, relaxing scenery, peaceful with only sounds of the animals to hear, no nosy neighbors, good neighborhood. What else can I ask for.
