Finally,it rained! We had a nice weather this morning with some scattered rain shower in other areas. The temperature goes down from 87 degree yesterday to 74 degree today.Mornings and evenings are much cooler.Hopefully it stays cool for the rest of the week.
My house is 10 miles away from the school so we left 20 minutes before 8 am, just the right time to be there on time. The school starts at 8 am and ends at 3:30 pm . I decided to take and pick him up to school for a while until he finally gets used to school before I let him take the school bus with his big brother.I was wondering what it’s gonna be without J around the house for a long time every week days. My husband told me , now that J is in school I have all the time to do my quilt .Yes ,I am into quilting. I think it’s fun to make my own quilt blanket for the first time. Just hoping to finish it up before the end of the school year.
Yesterday, was my son’s first day in school . He woke up early in the morning and was so excited to put on his new clothes and shoes to get ready for school. I prepared all his stuff the night before making sure he got everything he needed inside his back pack. And yeah ,it was raining a little bit outside .J looked out and shouted "mommy it’s raining”. Rain is always a pleasant sight for him. Like any other kids , he always wanted to play in the rain if only momma just let him.
Anyway ,we reached the school on time , As we both enter the classroom,I see J’s eyes brightens up at the sight of the children and toys around the classroom .I’m pretty sure he’ll going to enjoy his first day and not gonna miss me for the rest of the day.
As usual mommy’s so excited to take pictures of J .
"mommy it's raining!"
he was so excited that he hardly even said good bye to me inside the classroom
As I expected, he had a great day in school and was looking forward for the next day.
Laki na talaga ni J, the last time i saw him was a cooking EB at your house, tagal na, and he's just a baby then… Regards din kay big brother and to your hubby, welcome back!
ReplyDeleteIt's always us moms who get so excited witnessing our children's firsts. I remember my son's first day of school. I was anxious, and I didn't leave his side because he was crying. LOL! Here's my MM entry: http://www.pensivethoughts.com/2011/11/mommy-moments-body-massage-please.html

ReplyDeletethanks for joining this week!
I agree with Tetcha,we moms are more excited than our kids when it comes to milestones. We're the ones who's anxious and nagugulat na lang tayo, they can handle and adapt to situations better than we think. i'm sure your J has adjusted very well. visiting from mommy moments!
