School Achievements

I always  blog about my youngest son J  but never about my eldest son R. He just turned 13 years old last month and I mentioned in one of my posts about the birthday present that we bought for him at the black Friday Shopping .It was an expensive present but he deserves it being a good son and an achiever at his age .When we  moved to US on October.2010 ,the first thing we did was to enroll him to school because he was already 2 months behind for 6th Grade. After series of qualifying exams,he was promoted from 6th grade to 8th grade(Junior High School). The teacher said that based on the test result he is qualified for a 12th grade class but at his age(12 years old)the school  just decided to put him on 8th Grade.Despite his being a new immigrant and everybody was a complete stranger to him ,he still managed an straight A's grades and graduated  co Valedictorian at the end of the school year .He is now in high school, the youngest among his classmates and still at the top of his class. His hobbies are singing, painting, playing golf and reading .His love for drawing started  at the age of 2 and I still keep all of them  with me. His favorite model is non other than me . I am really proud of him.

I am touched by how you adore your two sons:) Way back in my younger years I was adored by my mom also being an achiever also...but I never read a blog from her about me..of course that was understandable...there was no blogging at that time...I am sure you brought up your two sons so well..no wonder why they excel whatever they do...

you are such an adoring mother...keep it up!

i will adore you by doing so :)

  14. Their was these studies that 90% of the intelligence of kids, they got from their mother and bacon and eggs – boost the intelligence of the unborn baby , according to Dr. Gerald Weissmann, editor-in-chief of the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology journal.

This is caused by the micronutrient choline, which is vital in having babies in the womb develop parts of their brains linked to memory and recall.

So I am guessing Tess that you had consumed a lot of bacon and eggs during your pregnancy, ha ha ha! Congrats proud Mama!

  16. Congratulations! If there is one thing you can teach your son is that by working hard you will be rewarded hard as well. It should be a discipline and a habit that he should grow up in.

That way, he'll surely be successful some day.
