This was originally posted on Facebook page, P U L O : Ang Tahanan Mo on July 9, 2013 with 43,168 shares.
Budget. Oo nga naman. Plan it. Work within your limit. Yung iba kasi one day millionaire, 29 days broke. Wag magdala ng madaming gadget just to show off. Yung madalas na party at painom, iwasan mo na. Isipin mo, hindi habang buhay ang abroad. Tatanda ka din at uuwi. Matutong mag-save for the future. Mag-negosyo habang me trabaho.

The Story behind the Father Who Abandoned by Daughters
Napoleon Timonera got what he wants when the so called hunger strike caught the public attention. His story and photos were shared in Facebook as te father who begged not only for money but for public sympathy as an abandoned father. A father who was reaching to the public to help him get in touch with his 4 daughters. According to Napoleon, they abandoned him and did not receive any financial support. He worked hard as an Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) to send them to school and now that he is old and can no longer support himself, he needs financial help to survive. And if ever he dies, his body should be sent to one of his daughters.

Girl Being Bullied for Dirty Finger
Kyla did not expect this to happen when she posed beside UAAP player Kiefer Ravena with the middle finger pointing to the player. Ravena is from a rival school, while the girl is from Assumption College. She already deactivated her old twitter account and created new private account. Good for her, she already learned her lesson not to mess up on social media. People are bullying her on Twitter and Facebook when she posted the photo. They call her the new amalayer, amafinger, amafu*ker.

How to "Properly" Beat Your Wife in Islam
To the newly wed and wife beater here's the tip on how to properly beat your wife according to an expert. A religious leader has advice on proper wife beating which is designed to protect the wives from abuse and maltreatment! In short, beat her to death, but beat her by the book- the Holy Book, no broken bones and marks on the body. In that way the wives can still stand up with pride that their husbands beat them properly.

Nancy Binay: The Fashion Icon
I love Nancy Binay for the guts to wear designers clothes only she can dare to wear. Nancy was so proud to show the Filipinos how pretty she was during the State of the Nation Address (SONA). She was wearing a white long sleeved top and yellow-blue-green long skirt made exclusively for her by designer Randy Ortiz. The multi-inspired gown won Nancy Binay the title, "Darling of the Crowd" and "All Time Queen of Memes."

135 Reasons to Choose Noynoy "Pnoy" Aquino
WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN IF PNOY IS NOT OUR PRESIDENT?

My Son as a Blogger
Look what I googled, my sons blog when he was 10 years old. We were still living in Qatar, when I started blogging and then my son, seeing me writing on my spare time, decided to have his own blog site too. He grew up in the Philippines until 7 years old before we brought him to Qatar, and I never thought that he will be good in English at his age.

Hindi Mayaman ang OFW
We have this notion na 'pag OFW o nasa abroad ay mayaman na. Hindi totoo yun. A regular OFW might earn from P20K-P30K per month depende sa lokasyon. Yung mga taga-Saudi or US siguro ay mas malaki ang sweldo, but to say that they're rich is a fallacy (Amen!).

What comes first, the chicken or the egg?
Still confused on what comes first, the chicken or the egg? People keep asking the same question over and over. Most tried to answer but end up at the same place and eventually gave up, hoping that someone will get to the right answer to share with everybody. There is even a video made to prove an answer to that question. According to the video, the question wold be simple if we took it literally. But what about if we connect it to religion. If we only check the Bible when God created the world, we might find the answer we are looking for.

Pilipinas at Maruming Kapaligiran: Is Philippines The Worst Country?
Only in the Philippines

Not Funny Video: Toddler argues with mom over cupcakes
Linda Beltran, posted on YouTube his 3 year old son Mateo, arguing with her over a cupcake. The video has gone viral and has more than 2 million views. It is adorable to some, outrageous to others. As a mom, I can say that this is not funny at all. How can a mom let his children argue with her that way. He talks as if he is the parent talking to a child, I bet this is how his dad talks to the mom in front of the children. Monkey see monkey do.

Same-Sex Marriage Proposal
Love is everywhere, whether it's Valentine's Day or just an ordinary day. And, in the case of these marriage proposals, love can pop out of nowhere, at any time, even while at a hockey game.Whenever girls watch or see romantic and sweet marriage proposal, they are thinking who will do the same to her too. Well, not every woman are lucky to have that kind of guy and not everyone has the usual marriage proposal. There are proposals that are not acceptable by most people and community and will receive the most criticism especially with the religious group or individual. Let us face it, people of different religion and belief have different interpretations of what the bible says. Is same sex relationship acceptable by God or a sin?

Preparation When Grandparent is Moving In
Grandparents has numerous health-related things that they needed and can’t live alone on their own for so long. Somebody should accompanied them, like a helper or private duty nurse. There are families who can’t take their elders in their own house basically because everyone’s working. That’s why they chose to let them live in retirement home to make sure they will be taking cared for. This is going to be very sad for them but you can be assured that their health won’t be compromised.
However, if your house is big enough and you can afford to hire a private nurse. You can renovate a room for your granny. Check online shopping store for all the things that you will need for their room to be safe and comfortable. See to it that you were able to buy foam wedge for a bed so that they breathe easily. This is ideal for those who have respiratory conditions. They need elevation when they sleep to promote airway circulation. You can have it carpeted to keep it warm. Too much cold is not good for seniors most especially during cold seasons.
A hand bars inside their bathroom should be installed to avoid slips and falls and make sure the floor is rubberized. See to it that grandparent's flooring is not slippery. Aside from the comfortable room that they have, they can be assured that they are living with their love ones. This will surely cost you much but seeing them living comfortably is priceless. It is definitely payback time and make their remaining lives worth as special as you can.

Full Transcript: Vhong Navarro Interview and Video
It doesn't matter if a man is being chased after by girls or if he's physically attractive. Rape is not about that. Rape is an exercise of power and authority. Rapists do it not because they're in the "heat of the moment". They do it because they feel most powerful (over their victims) when they do. Although, I do agree that it's not for us to judge what the truth is. And I doubt din na if the girl was "almost raped", she probably wouldn't have enough time to pre-meditate that kind of pangbubugbog or ask help from a mob na bugbugin yung mangrerape. A Classic U.S. Embassy Interview
I deeply apologize to Arabic people, I have all the respect for all of you, I did not mean to insult you with this joke. It is just to provoke laughter only and no intention of hurting or offending people. Sometimes we should separate the word differently. I do not say that jokes are for broadminded people only, but things should not be taken seriously. After all, it is not meant to really hurt or offend anyone or any races.
Jokes are jokes. Keep smiling!
